Haunt Your Mind, a KALICO Mixed Media Art Collection

This collection consists of three different pieces, Haunt Your Mind, All I Got Was Another Day and Feel Something. Each a combination of graphic design, acrylic paint, and oil pastels. This collection revolves around the idea that those who so badly want their tormentors to be haunted by the guilt of what they've done instead face their own suffering.

Haunt Your Mind is the first piece and demonstrates a woman dancing carelessly. The woman represents the haunted thoughts and guilt that she wants her tormentors to be eaten alive by. The weight of the unresolved emotions instead are weighing on the woman herself. 

All I Got Was Another Day is the second piece and once again captures the haunting paradox of seeking retribution but instead being faced with your own torment. The woman wants justice but as more time passes she realizes that she can no longer enjoy her life, and instead of revenge all she gets is another day being haunted.

Feel Something is the third and last piece in this collection. It shows that the woman has succumbed to the numbness and is ready to feel something again. She comes to the realization that the impact of her unresolved emotions has consumed her and her relentless pursuit for retribution has instead resulted in her own demise.
